HUCKLEBERRY FESTIVAL VENDOR APPLICATION
We encourage the sale of all types of merchandise (within reason) and are not limited to just artisan-made items. Booths will be positioned along Highway 55 in the City of Donnelly. Most booth locations are outdoors but a few spaces are available inside buildings. Booth size is approximately 10’ x 10’ or 10’ x 20’. Space is limited, so booths are on a first-come, first-reserve basis. Booth set up will be on Friday during business hours. Booth assignments and any other information will be addressed on during set up.
- Friday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am – 3:00pm
Registration Fees: (includes $20 temporary business license to the City of Donnelly)
- 10′ x 10′ space: $80
- 10′ x 20′ space: $110
Payment for a booth is required to hold your space and should be mailed in along with the application. You will receive the Idaho Sales Tax Declaration & Donnelly 1% LOT Tax Form which will be filled out when checking in. A vendor map will be provided the week prior to the event. If payment is not received with application placement will not be guaranteed.
